          be substituted for tomato paste.                            
       4. In Step 1, 10 oz (2 2/3 bunches) fresh green onions with top
          A.P. will yield 8 oz chopped green onions.                  
       5. In Step 2, 50 sandwich buns, cut in half, may be substituted
          for French bread.
