NOTE:  1. In Step 2, 1 gal fresh lemon juice (24 lb - 8 dozen lemons  
          A.P.) may be used. Use 3 3/2 gal cold water.                
                                   VARIATION
       1. GRAPE LEMONADE:  In Step 1, use 4 lb ( 9 2/3 cups)          
          granulated sugar.  In Step 2, use 2 cups (1/2-30 oz cn)     
          canned frozen, concentrated lemon juice and 3 qt (3-32 oz   
          cn) canned frozen, concentrated grape juice.  Follow Step 3.
