                                   VARIATION
       1. KOLACHES (SWEET DOUGH MIX): Omit Steps 1 through 5.  Use    
          9 lb or 2-No. 10 cn Sweet Dough Mix and 3 oz (9 tbsp) active
          dry yeast.  Prepare dough according to instructions on      
          container.  Follow Steps 6 through 14.
