BLACK WALNUT GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 1 1/2 tsp flavoring, imitation black walnut. Follow Step 2. 4. BRANDY GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 2 tbsp flavoring, imitation brandy. Follow Step 2. 5. CHERRY GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 2 tbsp flavoring, imitation cherry. Follow Step 2. 6. LEMON GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 1 tbsp flavoring, imitation lemon. Follow Step 2. 7. LEMON GLAZE (NATURAL): In Step 1, reduce water to 1 cup, omit vanilla; add 6 tbsp lemon juice and 3 tsp grated lemon rind (optional). (2 lemons A.P. will yield juice and rind).
