NOTE:  1. This glaze may be used for a variety of sweet dough prod-   
          ucts. See Recipe Card D-G-7, Guide for Sweet Dough Make-up. 
                                   VARIATION
       1. ALMOND GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 1 1/2 tsp        
          flavoring, imitation almond. Follow Step 2.                 
       2. BANANA GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 1 tbsp flavoring,
          imitation banana. Follow Step 2.                            
       3. BLACK WALNUT GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 1 1/2 tsp  
          flavoring, imitation black walnut. Follow Step 2.           
       4. BRANDY GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 2 tbsp flavoring,
          imitation brandy. Follow Step 2.                            
       5. CHERRY GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 2 tbsp flavoring,
          imitation cherry. Follow Step 2.                            
       6. LEMON GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 1 tbsp flavoring, 
          imitation lemon. Follow Step 2.                             
       7. LEMON GLAZE (NATURAL):  In Step 1, reduce water to 1 cup,   
          omit vanilla; add 6 tbsp lemon juice and 3 tsp grated lemon 
          rind (optional). (2 lemons A.P. will yield juice and rind). 
          Follow Step 2.                                              
       8. MAPLE GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 2 tbsp flavoring, 
          imitation Maple. Follow Step 2.                             
       9. ORANGE GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 1 tbsp flavoring,
          imitation orange. Follow Step 2.                            
      10. ORANGE GLAZE (NATURAL): In Step 1, reduce water to 3/4 cup; 
          omit vanilla; add 3/4 cup orange juice and 3 tbsp orange    
          rind (optional). (2 oranges A.P. will yield juice and rind).
          Follow Step 2.                                              
      11. PINEAPPLE GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla; use 2 tbsp        
          flavorings, imitation pineapple. Follow Step 2.             
      12. RUM GLAZE: In Step 1, omit vanilla, use 1 tbsp flavoring,   
          imiation rum. Follow Step 2.
