NOTE:  1. In Step 1, Sour Cream Sauce Mix may be substituted for sour 
          cream.  Mix according to instructions on container.         
                                   VARIATION
       1. BLUE CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM DRESSING: Follow Step 1. In Step 
          2, add 1 lb 8 oz crumbled blue-veined cheese; stir with wire
          whip until blended. In Step 3, refrigerate at least 2 hours 
          before serving. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
